1. Information we collect
- Account data such as name, email, workspace and authentication records.
- Creative data such as prompts, briefs, source images, generated images and export history.
- Service data such as generation status, credit usage, security logs, device and approximate network information.
- Billing identifiers and subscription status from Stripe. FrameFlow does not receive or store your full card number.
- Essential session and language-preference cookies.
2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, operate private workspaces, process generation requests, show history and usage, fulfil subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, provide support and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information for money.
3. Service providers and transfers
We use service providers to operate FrameFlow, including Vercel for application hosting, Neon for database services, Stripe for billing, OpenAI for customer image generation and BytePlus/ModelArk for the Owner-only Seedance private beta. Creative inputs may be transmitted to the provider selected for the request. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Because providers and users may be located in different countries, information may be processed outside your country. We use reasonable contractual and technical safeguards where required.
4. Retention and deletion
We keep account and workspace data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed for security, billing records, dispute handling or legal compliance. Generation logs and assets may be removed earlier under operational retention limits. You may request account deletion, subject to records we must retain.
5. Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted administrative access and other reasonable safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your credentials confidential and contact us if you suspect unauthorised activity.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of personal information, or object to certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
7. Policy changes
We may update this policy as the service or law changes. The updated date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel.
