1. Agreement and operator
By creating an account or using FrameFlow, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. These terms are between you and the operator identified on your Stripe Checkout page, receipt or invoice (referred to as “FrameFlow”, “we” or “us”). If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you may bind that organisation.
2. What the service provides
FrameFlow is an image-first creative workspace. Customers can upload source material, enter a commercial brief, generate product images and export successful results. Customer video generation is not included in paid plans. Seedance video is an Owner-only private beta and is not a customer plan benefit.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or third parties.
4. Subscriptions and image credits
Plans are recurring monthly subscriptions priced in USD unless Checkout states otherwise. Credits are added after successful payment. Draft images use 1 credit, campaign images 2 credits and final images 4 credits. A failed generation is refunded as credits; this is not a cash refund. Credits are a right to request processing, not a promise of a particular commercial result.
You can cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.
5. Your content and generated outputs
You keep your rights in material you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process and transmit that material to provide the service. You must have the rights and permissions required for every upload, prompt, brand, person and product you submit.
To the extent permitted by law and provider terms, we assign to you any rights we may have in your generated outputs. AI outputs may be similar to outputs created for others, may contain errors and may not qualify for exclusive intellectual-property protection. You must review outputs before publication. We do not guarantee marketplace approval, advertising performance or non-infringement.
6. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and the rules of every marketplace or channel where you publish. You may not misuse the service, bypass limits, probe security or generate unlawful or deceptive content.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The service depends on third-party infrastructure and AI providers and may occasionally be unavailable, delayed or changed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrameFlow is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or commercial success.
8. Changes, termination and contact
We may change the service or these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms. You may stop using the service at any time; subscription cancellation and data retention remain subject to the relevant policies.
